RejuveCare Med Spa & Clinic’s Membership can be purchased at any time during the year and is valid for one year from the date of purchase. RCC will automatically charge your payment method every month until you cancel. Your annual rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your annual rate. You must cancel your membership 30 days prior to monthly renewal to avoid renewal charge. RCC is not responsible for any overdraft or additional fees related to subscription charges. Membership discounts are applicable only to services indicated and excludes all other services. No minimum purchase necessary to join RCC Membership. Cannot apply membership fee to any services, products or gift card purchases. Membership is non-transferable. Membership discounts cannot be applied to past purchases. Membership discounts have no monetary value and no refunds will be issued. Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions. Pricing and terms are subject to changes.
