The VascuPen is the precision instrument of our vascular laser toolkit — a specialized, pen-shaped handpiece designed to trace and eliminate individual visible vessels with extraordinary accuracy.

How It Works

The VascuPen emits a 530nm wavelength optimized for absorption by hemoglobin — the component in blood that gives vessels their color. That light energy converts to heat, coagulating and collapsing the vessels.  The body then reabsorbs the vessel over the following days and weeks, leaving the surrounding skin completely unaffected.

What It Treats

Spider veins and broken capillaries on the face, cherry angiomas (small red raised spots), telangiectasias (tiny dilated vessels), and other superficial vascular blemishes on the face and body.

What to Expect

Most patients feel a mild snapping sensation during treatment. Sessions typically take around 30 minutes and there’s little to no downtime.  Results are often visible within days, with most patients needing one to three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart for complete clearance.
